I Use Your Information Safely & Securely

These days we need to know that our private information is kept safe. Whenever I gather your information, either from forms on my website/s or in person at my clinic, I am bound by client confidentiality ethics and privacy laws. I take these seriously and take every precaution to ensure your privacy is kept safe from those who would exploit it.   My privacy policy is very simple. I hate being spammed and I do not want you to be spammed either therefore I WILL NOT disclose any of your private contact details or health related details to anyone ever. All information collected on this site or by me personally at my clinic rooms is for the purposes of creating the best therapy programme I can for you. Your details go directly via secure form to me, who then uses this to create your program. Your details are then stored for future reference in a secure database in the event that you should you require further advice from me, I have your details there for reference. Your details are protected by client confidentiality laws and CAN NOT be disclosed to anyone without a lawful reason, instruction or your express instruction.

The Reason For Disclaimers on My Website.

I am FORCED to issue disclaimers on my website by the Western Australian Department of Commerce stating that I can NOT MEDICALLY diagnose illnesses or disease. I wouldn’t do this anyway as I am not an Allopathic medical Practitioner.  Due to current oppressive regulation being applied to natural therapists who exercise their right to choose to practice quantum bioenergetic therapies and use scanning and screening devices to locate and measure quantum bioenergetic disturbances with the intention of making corrections to help enhance wellbeing and improve healing, I am NOT ALLOWED to state that I “TREAT”  or “DIAGNOSE” any health problem per say, this would see me litigated against! According to the authorities, there is not enough scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of such methods.

I comply with these regulations to avoid such legal actions being bought against me, no other reason.

The science behind quantum bioenergetics is based in quantum physics, a very legitimate field of science and one that is regarded as quite cutting edge. The current biochemical gold standard tests used to verify a “treatment” or “method” of  “treatment” or “medicine”  are what is being applied to the bioenergetic therapy to quatify verification of action. This is just stuptid as biochemical testing simply does not apply to an area of science and a therapy method based in physics, not chemistry. 

 This GREATLY limits what I can and can not say about the therapies I apply when informing you and promoting it to you.

You have my apologies for this and I would urge ANYONE to make up their own minds about their health and wellbeing and what they would like to use in order to look after that. There is plenty of legitimate science out there to support the theories of quantum physics and bioenergetic therapies and more and more research and testing is being done on how it is applied to health and wellbeing and this will eventually be published along with any that it currently available. There are also many, many testimonials available from NES to show the effectiveness of the therapy. I make every effort to publish all NES scientific and study results and information I am allowed to publish on my website with the intention of giving YOU all the information I can to allow you to make your own decision about whether or not to use my services.

It is always my intention to help you with what I do, not misinform you or take advantage of you. I do this for a living and it is part of who I am.
