N.E.S. Helps Meditation & Self Growth

Many of us have been on our paths to personal growth through meditation for a long time, some have only just begun. Either way, learning to silence the mind and utilize the body’s energy pathways and fields is of great benefit to one’s wellbeing and spiritual enlightenment. of course as we traverse along our path we encounter blockages of an energetic, emotional or mental nature which can be hard to shift.
