Greetings folks.

Your immune system is one of your most important bodily systems and it is a priority in my treatment plans with my clients. There are many well known ways to help improve immunity through the use of herbs such as Echinacea and the use of nutritional programmes. But there is more you can do to aid your immune system and reflexology provides us with a very simple and effective way to stimulate and maintain the immune system.

The following is a simple sequence to help keep immune related areas of the body healthy and energetic pathways that govern these flowing and integrated.

1. Begin by massaging the spleen reflex for around 5 minutes. The spleen is the master gland of the lymphatic system and as such is responsible for waste removal and the clearing of foreign particles from cells and tissues.

2. Move to the lung/chest areas and massage for 5 minutes.

3. Move onto the sinus and head areas.

By Doing this simple 15 minutes of reflexology regualrly, you are ensuring all the main areas are covered. Remember, prevention is better than cure!

Have a great day!

Hi folks.

Are you someone that suffers from poor digestion, iiritable bowels, gas, reflux etc? Well the then you need to come and see me for an appointment because NES will get rid of that for you. Until then, reflexology can really help to balance out the system in these areas. Below is a simple sequence of points to massage that can help digestive balance.

Use the widgets to locate the points on the feet.

Begin by massaging the stomach area in the centre of the left foot for around 5 minutes, then move onto the small intestine and then the colon areas for 5 minutes each respectively. Also then return to the liver points and do those as well. This sequence can sometimes trigger the need to visit the toilet straight afterwards! Good for constipation as well!

Have a great day!

Hi folks!

Reflexology is a safe and easy to use and do technique that can help alleviate and induce healing into any part of the body. Today’s topic is sinus. Whether it is sinusitis, allergies or a head cold, these techniques are helpful for all.

Reflexology For Sinus

Here is a reference map from Kevin Kunz, use it to locate the place to massage.

First off use the tip of the thumb or finger in a pressing caterpillar motion or in a circular motion, either is ok. Use enought pressure to be able to feel it penetrating but don’t be excessive.

Next massage under the tips of all the toes on the right foot first ( Use the interactive map to locate the exact places. Massage here for around 5 minutes.

Then move onto the spleen point on the left foot, it is under the little toe just above half way up the foot (again use the map to help locate it. Massage here for around 5 minutes also.

Next massage the bladder point for around 2 minutes, it is near the heel on the inside of the foot. Use the map to locate.

Then the liver point which is just under the big toe, use the map to locate. Massage here for around 2 mins as well.

All these points and meridians relate to the most common causes of sinus pain and congestion.

There, done! Repeat as often as you like during the day.
