Acupressure Tapping For Toxins

Greetings folks.
Here’s a handy little sequence to use to help your system rid itself of toxins. Ever noticed that some foods leave you feeling tired and a bit lack lustre or have you ever overindulged and felt blah next day? Well this is a great sequence to help .

1. First off start by tuning into the feeling.
2. Second tap the index finger point follwed straight away by the side of hand point.
3. Repeat this a few times then drink a few mouthfuls of water.
4. Repeat this process after around 10 minutes. Do it as many times as you like tohelp rid yourself of toxins.
Toxins can enter through food or drinks you consume. These affect your energetic system and in turn your physiological wellbeing. The tapping points are clearing the energetic areas affected and allowing your physiology to follow suit more effectively. This is not to say that if you have a very toxic body from lots of chemical or heavy metal exposure or constant overindulgenece that this will fix you, it won’t, for these situations you need to see a professional but in cases of minor toxicity the tapping can be very useful.
Have a great day!

Acupressure Tapping For Negative Behaviours

Greetings all!
Ever had one of those days where you wake up feeling negative? Can’t seem to get your co-ordination together? Just not with it? Grumpy? Yes…haven’t we all! Well bioenergetics has revealed that we have most probably gotten our polarity out of whack. This can happen from prolonged stress, poor sleeping, lots of travel, chronic illness and many more reasons. Fortunately we can remedy this quite effectively using a simple tapping technique can quickly correct our polarity and restore a more positive spin on our day.
You see science has now proven that we are in fact energetic systems and this is not the realm of speculation. Our outer fields are the ones that align us with the earths magnetc poles and equator, when polarity is unbalanced, you can not get aligned and you get these sensations.
Below is a simple tapping sequence to help you correct this state.
1. Begin by tapping the “side of hand (PR)” spot around 10-20 times.
2. next rub the “sore spot” clockwise for around 60 seconds
3. Tap “under nose” spot for 10-20 times
4. Tap “index finger point 10 times then “side of hand (PR)” spot 10 times.
5. Rest a few moments and repeat the sequences again.
You should find that this brings about a bit more of a positive prespective. If not then you can repeat this as often as needed, it is perfectly safe.
Incorrect polarity has been found to influence greatly the body’s ability to correct poor health, digest food and absorb nutrients. If the problem persists then you may have a more pronounced polarity problem and NES is great for fixing such issues.
Have a great day!

Hi folks!
I hate jetlag don’t you? What a pain in the A*se! Well thanks to meridian therapies like TFT, we can actually help to alleviate that horrid feeling now quite naturally. Below is the sequences for helping get rid of jetlag. There are two as one is from east to west and the other is west to east. Use the appropriate one depending upon which way you travelled.
1. Tune into the feeling of the jetlag and any places in the body that it seems to sit particularly.
2. rate it out of 10, 1 being hardly any disturbance, 10 being near unbearable. write it down.
3. Begin tapping, tap around ten times in each spot. For WEST to EAST jetlag tap under the eye, then under the collarbone. For EAST to WEST jetlag tap under the arm, under the collarbone.
4. Tap side of hand spot and repeat sequence again a few more times.
5. Rest a moment and see if the feeling is as bad. If not then whilst tapping the gamut spot, roll your eyes from the floor to the ceiling. You’re done! If still fairly evident, then rub soe spot on right hand side of chest and repeat sequence again.
6. Do eyeroll proceedure as above.
7. All done! Do this as often as you like, it is a safe and highly effective way to relieve jetlag.
Would love to hear your jetlag stories so feel free to comment!
Have a great day!
