YAY for Immune Boosting Foods!

The Chicken Soup is definitely an immune booster, if it's real chicken soup! Don't expect the same benefits from a highly processed can of soup. Real chicken broth works amazingly well for our family. Here's a simple recipe for a powerful healing soup - www.SoupMagic.com

So true about needing the nutrients that only red meat can provide. However, the main key to eating Red Meat is not moderation but the quality of the meat! I don't want to eat meat, even in moderation, if it's coming from a 'factory farm' (see www.Meatrix.com). Look for meat from animals raised in a humane and healthy setting, such as from www.GrasslandBeef.com

Love sweet potatoes! We bake them and then store in the frig, pulling them out for quick snacks or addition to meal. One very quick dish is to split them and place, face down, in butter in a skillet and warm briefly. We press down on them to flatten them, and flip them once.

Healthy blessings to you!
