Reiki – Healing With Compassion

Greetings folks.

Just a quick article today about Reiki in response to a certain idiotic and deluded reverand currently doing the rounds on Facebook trying to scare people into thinking Reiki is a dark thing…these types of people are deluded fools and are sadly in abundance in the bible belt it would seem and even more sadly give many christians a bad reputation as ignorant fools who live their lives in fear due to their deluded minds. I know not all are like this.

Reiki is in no way dark or dangerous, it is in fact very safe and the most ancient of healing arts. Science has proven it’s existence is a fact and that it does in fact flow during times of healing. In fact it is part of all of us as it is the universal healing energy and is all compassionate. As a Buddhist I will defend this till the end as I am duty bound to defend Dharma and it’s integrity. Usui Reiki as is the main style these days was gifted to Mikao Usui during meditation…it has been used and known about in Buddhism for far longer than that and it is even said to be what was taught to Christ…yes Shakyamuni Buddha predates Christ by several centuries.

Reiki is available to all who want to use and it is easily learnt and safely used. If used with anything other than compassionate intent..IT WILL NOT WORK OR FLOW! It is that simple.

I will refrain from shooting holes in other peoples beliefs, as a Buddhist we are taught to repsect the rights of others in what they choose to believe, but I will say that the fear based, controlling, deluded rantings about Reiki need to stop…nobody believes them anymore, they have been seen through.

I urge people to trust in their own intuition and hearts and use Reiki daily to enrich your life and the lives of others.
