Acupressure Tapping For Negative Behaviours

Greetings all!

Ever had one of those days where you wake up feeling negative? Can’t seem to get your co-ordination together? Just not with it?  Grumpy? Yes…haven’t we all! Well bioenergetics has revealed that we have most probably gotten our polarity out of whack. This can happen from prolonged stress, poor sleeping, lots of travel, chronic illness and many more reasons. Fortunately we can remedy this quite effectively using a simple tapping technique can quickly correct our polarity and restore a more positive spin on our day.

You see science has now proven that we are in fact energetic systems and this is not the realm of speculation. Our outer fields are the ones that align us with the earths magnetc poles and equator, when polarity is unbalanced, you can not get aligned and you get these sensations.

Below is a simple tapping sequence to help you correct this state.

1. Begin by tapping the “side of hand (PR)” spot around 10-20 times.

2. next rub the “sore spot” clockwise for around 60 seconds

3. Tap “under nose” spot for 10-20 times

4. Tap “index finger point 10 times then “side of hand (PR)” spot 10 times.

5. Rest a few moments and repeat the sequences again.

You should find that this brings about a bit more of a positive prespective. If not then you can repeat this as often as needed, it is perfectly safe.

Incorrect polarity has been found to influence greatly the body’s ability to correct poor health, digest food and absorb nutrients. If the problem persists then you may have a more pronounced polarity problem and NES is great for fixing such issues.

TFT Tapping For Anxiety

Hi folks.

TFT is a great way to help relieve stress and anxiety. Anxiety can be thought of as the fight or flight reponse that won’t cease! This is caused by an energetic blockage or disturbance that is repeating in your bioenergetic system at the emotional level. What I am endevouring to do is to write regular updates here of common tried and tested tapping sequences that will help you relieve everyday emotional upsets. This goes a long way towards creating long term wellbeing as we now see from many fields of the health sciences that long term poor health and emotional upset and unresolved emotional trauma is very closely linked.

TFT for Anxiety

Here is the map of tapping points, use it to refer to.

Step 1.

First off begin by tuning into the feeling of the anxiety. Where does it sit in your body, what sets it off etc.

Step 2.

Next give it a rating of 1-10, 1 being hardly any disturbance, 10 being almost unbearable and write down your rating.

Step 3.

Now begin tapping in the following spots in this order. Tap about 10-20 times in each spot, not too hard.

Side of hand, Above Eyebrow, Under Eye, Under arm, Under collarbone

Step 4. Now sit for a few seconds. How does the feeling of anxiety feel? Gone up or down or same? If down, write down your new rating and repeat the sequence a few more times. If it is the same or gone up, massage the “Sore Spot” in a clockwise direction for around 60 seconds and repeat the sequence again.

Step 5. Keep repeating until the feeling of anxiety has decreased.

Step 6. Now whilst tapping the “Gamut Spot” roll your eyes from looking at your toes, to looking at the ceiling in a atraight line upwards. This is like a seal and helps stabalize the sequence. Now check your rating and you can see how much you have helped yourself! Well done!
