Tapping For Guilt

Greeting folks here’s another little tip for you.
We have all done something at some stage of our lives that brings us to a feeling of guilt. In most of us this will just dissapate in time but for some it stays well pat it’s time. If this is happening to you then it is time to get rid of it. Below is a TFT tapping sequence to help you alleviate the feeling of guilt.
First off, tune into the feeling of the guilt, where does it sit in your body etc? Give it a rating of 1-10 with 1 being hardly any sign of upset, 10 being almost unbearable. Write down your rating.
Next begin tapping on the side of hand point around 20 times, then the index finger point, tap around 20 times. Then tap under the collarbone around 20 times.
Now stop and tune in again to the feeling of the guilt and where it sits in the body. Write down your rating. If it has gone down then repeat the sequence a couple more times. If it is the same or has gone up, rub the sore spot point on the chest in a clockwise direct for around 60 seconds and repeat the sequence of tapping a couple more times.
By now your guilt should have reduced and you can do the syeroll to finish. Simply stand or sit looking at your feet and roll your syses slowly to the roof whilst tapping on the gamut spot.
All done! Use this as often as you would like to to help reduce feelings of guilt. The more you use it, the les it will be until it goes altogether!
